Cancellation Policy

Munnai Mannakar Sangam — Old Students Association

General Cancellations

All membership registrations and donation contributions made to Munnai Mannakar Sangam are considered final. Cancellation requests are not permitted once a transaction is completed.

Event Registrations

If a member registers for an event and wishes to cancel their participation, they must inform us at least 48 hours prior to the event date. Refunds are not applicable for cancellations.

Technical Issues

If there is a technical error resulting in incorrect transaction or duplicate booking:

Association Rights

The Association reserves the right to cancel any membership or event entry due to policy violations or unexpected situations. Any decision taken by the Association is final.
